  • Spring Test Window now open

    The NDSA spring test window is now open.

  • Secure Browser 12.6

    Secure Browser 12.6 supporting macOS 11 (Big Sur) and Apple Silicon processors is now available on the NDSA portal to download. Mac devices using OS X 10.11 through macOS 10.15 should continue to use Secure Browser 12.5 also available on the portal.

  • NDSA Training Test

    The updated ND Training Test is now live on the portal . Students and Test Administrators may use the practice test to review sample item types, practice responding to items, and become familiar with online test navigation, accommodations, and tools.

  • Student Enrollment Records

    Individual student enrollment records have been uploaded to the TIDE system on the NDSA portal.  Student enrollment records in TIDE will be updated daily based on enrollment information in STARS.

    Student Accommodations (Accessibility Supports)

    Individual student assessment accommodations and designated supports, as indicated by student IEPs,  were uploaded to TIDE on January 26, 2021.  After this initial upload, each school district is responsible for keeping the student accessibility information current in TIDE so students receive the appropriate accommodations at the time of testing.

    NDSA 2020-2021 Rosters

    School Test Coordinators should create rosters in TIDE for Teachers in their respective schools prior to the beginning of the testing window. Rosters must be created for a teacher to be able to see his/her students’ performance data in the Reporting system.

  •  TA Certification Live

    The Test Administrator (TA) Certification course is now available for 2020-2021. All users who plan to administer the NDSA must take the TA Certification course, regardless of their user role in TIDE. If you have taken the TA Certification course in the past, you are required to complete the course again for the 2020-2021 school year in order to administer NDSA. The course can be accessed from the NDSA Assessment page of the portal.
